    Your supplier sends your products to PEPELOGI in Rijeka. Shipment details are shared before arrival, so the inbound can be received and processed correctly.

    Transport is arranged and quoted separately. Goods from outside the EU must be customs cleared first.

01What is the minimum monthly volume?

FBA prep: 100 units per month. DTC fulfillment, by package size: Small 70 orders · Medium 40 orders · Large 20 orders · Oversized no minimum.

02What does FBA Prep include?

Basic prep covers receiving, inspection, labeling, basic preparation and cartonization — nothing else.

Polybagging, bubble wrap, oversize handling, bundling, FNSKU/EAN labels, sticker removal, carton labels, palletizing, disposal, product photography, local pickup and returns are add-ons, each priced separately.

03Do you handle DTC fulfillment?

Yes. We receive and store stock, pick and pack orders, hand parcels to carriers and process returns. Kitting, custom packaging, inserts and special QC are optional add-ons.

04Is shipping included?

No. Shipping and Amazon transportation are quoted separately, based on destination, size, weight, carrier, service level and surcharges. The calculator estimates fulfillment only; your exact quote adds shipping.

05Can you handle returns?

Yes. Returns are opened, inspected and recorded. FBA: €1.20 per unit. DTC: €1.60–€2.75 per return, by volume tier.

06Can you receive goods from outside the EU?

Yes, once the goods are customs cleared and released into free circulation in the EU.

PEPELOGI does not automatically act as importer of record, customs representative or customs broker. You or your appointed broker remain responsible for import formalities, EORI, duties and import VAT. We can coordinate the handover with your forwarder or broker.

07Do you provide storage?

Yes. FBA: €15.00/m³/month (first 14 days free), or €12.00/pallet/month. DTC: first 20 days free, then by the floor area your stock occupies.

08Can you handle custom packaging?

Yes. Custom packaging: €0.40–€1.50/order. Inserts: €0.10/insert.

09Can you handle kitting and bundling?

Yes. FBA: +€0.35/unit for 2–3 components; +€0.60/unit for 4+. DTC: €0.50–€0.80/unit by volume tier.

10Can you coordinate inbound logistics?

We coordinate arrival with your forwarder, broker or carrier. Transport is quoted separately. FBA local pickup: €25.00 up to 30 km, then €0.50/km.

11How does the quote process work?

Use the calculator, then send the quote form. Your inputs attach automatically. We review your SKUs, packaging, storage and destinations before preparing the fulfillment and shipping quote.

12Where are you located?

Rijeka, Croatia — inside the EU, the euro area and Schengen.

13Do your prices include VAT?

No. Estimates on this site exclude VAT. How VAT applies to your services is confirmed in your quote.
